Two ways of doing it

We work on your cases and on your computers, on video call or on site if you are in Italy, until the people use it on their own. It is not a course with slides and made up exercises: you bring in a real problem and you come out with that one solved.
For you, if you want to make it your trade
If you want to build websites, automations and agents the way I build them, I will teach you how. Not the basics you can find in a video: the method I work with every day, on real jobs, until you do it on your own. Today, to build something, the only limit is your imagination.

Why have me do it
I do not teach AI for a living: I run my company on it. I have built myself a team of AI agents that works for me every day, and what I bring you is how I actually use it. Stumbles included, things that do not work and tricks I learned by getting it wrong.

If something is not clear, the fault is with whoever is explaining it. No jargon thrown in to sound clever.

What it costs, and how you start
The training runs on video call, which also suits short meetings spread out. On site I cover Italy, between Venice, Padua and Treviso.
The price depends on how many meetings are needed, on how long they last and on whether they happen on site or remotely. Before we talk about money, though, I want to understand what you actually need: sometimes it is less than you think.

You ask badly, the answer is laughable, you close the tab. Changing the way you ask is half an hour of work, not a degree.
Learning it to make it a trade
People who want to change job or go out on their own. From the outside it looks like the right tool is missing: what is missing is seeing a whole job, from the customer’s first message to delivery.
Everyone uses it their own way
Some in secret, some feeding it data that should not leave the company. Better to decide together how it gets used, before they decide for you.

The measure is the same for a whole office and for one person on their own: at the end you have to be able to do it without me.

The gap is not in the tools any more
Everyone has the good models and they cost little or nothing. The difference between the people who gain time and the people who lose it is not the program they open: it is the way they ask, and what they decide to hand over.
If a process is badly made, AI does it faster and worse. That is why you start by looking at how the work actually gets done: sometimes the answer is to change one step, and AI has nothing to do with it.

No, and in most cases you do not need to afterwards either. The people I work with are owners, office staff and sales people who have never written a line of code, and the same goes for anyone who wants to learn it as a trade. What you need is to understand the work you are putting it on: the technical part we keep behind, where it does not get in the way.
On video call, which also works well if you prefer short meetings spread out, or on site if you are in Italy, between Venice, Padua and Treviso. We work on the real computers and the real files: you take something you do every week and we try doing it together another way.
Yes, you can start from zero. You do have to apply yourself, that much is true: it is not something you learn by watching. But today, when you get stuck, it is artificial intelligence itself that explains where you went wrong, and if it helps I will build you an agent that follows you while you learn and answers your questions. Before we start we talk: I tell you where it is worth beginning in your case.
For both, and it often works better together. The owner understands what can be asked of it and what cannot, the people working on the processes learn to use it where it actually helps. If you come together you also avoid the classic problem of one person coming back enthusiastic and not managing to explain it to the others.
