Services · AI automation
AI that takes the repetitive work off your hands.
Custom AI automation and agents: answering customers, preparing documents and quotes, keeping orders moving. Built on the way you already work. I work from Italy, and none of this needs me in the room.
I build the price on the time the automation gives you back, not on the hours it takes me.

What an automation job includes
The one process we pick together
Just one, the one that weighs on you most. If it is not worth doing I tell you before we start.
The automation on your own tools
Connected to what you already use: WhatsApp, your spreadsheets, the management software you have in house.
The points where you decide
Anything that matters waits for you: nothing goes out without your go ahead.
The checks for when it gets it wrong
Because it does. I build these systems knowing that, with the checks where the damage would be real.
A trial before you decide
The smallest piece that proves the thing, built and put in your hands before the quote.
The first year of support, free
If the automation stops or gets something wrong, I am the one who fixes it. From the second year the price depends on the work.
Chatbots, documents, quotes: what gets automated
What gets automated is what you do on a computer or on a phone, whatever program sits underneath. You do not start from the digital transformation of the company: you start from one process, the one that weighs the most. When that works, you take the next one.
Some examples of automations that can be built
Example 1 of 10: Customer support that knows who it is talking to
Customer support that knows who it is talking to
The same questions every day: prices, lead times, availability, where you are. An assistant on WhatsApp or on your site answers those even when you are not there, and it does not answer everyone the same way: it works out who it has in front of it and how they are used to being spoken to. What it does not know, it hands over to you.

A kitchen that works in order
In a restaurant the time goes in the handovers: who takes the order, who carries it to the kitchen, who goes looking for it. I put those handovers in order, tickets included, so the kitchen always knows what goes out now and what goes out next.
The agent writes the quote
The request comes in by email, the agent reads it, takes your price list and writes the quote: your prices, your words, your layout, and the right reasons to convince whoever receives it. Rewriting it every time only the numbers change is time nobody pays you for. Then it goes out on its own or it waits for your ok, and it works in any trade.
You talk, and the content comes out
You talk to a chatbot the way you would talk to a friend, you tell it what you want to say, and you find the text, the photos or the video ready to publish. No new program to learn.
A social media manager that never gets tired
An agent runs your company page: it prepares the posts, it publishes them, it answers the comments. If social is the thing you have been putting off for two years, this is how you stop putting it off.
Files that put themselves in order
Documents, photos, invoices, quotes: they arrive, they get read and they end up in the right folder with the right name. Data moves from one file to another without you moving it, and a long document comes back to you as a summary. It is not just convenience: without order the agents find nothing, and a company in order is where AI actually works.
A warehouse that knows what is running out
The agent knows what you buy and what you sell. It tells you what is running low, what is worth ordering now, and whether a request has come in for something you do not have.
Your inbox read for you
Every morning you find a summary of what came in, most important first. And not just your own mailbox: if you have ten people at their computers, each with their own email, at the end of the day you get the recap of all of them, department by department. You always know what is moving in the company without asking anyone.
Orders and reminders
Confirmations, reminders, chasing whoever has not replied. These are the jobs that get dropped first when the day gets busy, and they are often the ones worth the most.
It works out what came in, and acts on its own
What you print and what arrives by email gets read and understood: not just what it says, but what it means someone has to do. If a quote is needed, the quote gets written. If a cost summary is needed, the file gets prepared. If a document has to reach an office, it leaves on its own to the right address. The jump is not that it can do those things: it is that nobody has to tell it which one.
How automations come about
An automation job is finished when a piece of your work walks without you. But before you build it you have to find it: I look at how the work gets done, I spot the things that get redone every day, and I work out the system that takes them off the table.
Nothing goes into your company before you have seen it working. It gets tried on your real case first, and it only stays on when it does what it has to do.
I look at how the work gets done
You walk me through the day, on a call or in person if you are nearby: who does what, how often, how much time it eats. Two concrete examples are enough to see if there is room.
I check whether it is worth it
Sometimes the answer is no, or it is not yet. In that case I tell you: I have no interest in building you something you will use three times.
I let you try it
I work out how it has to behave, then I build the smallest piece that proves the thing and put it in your hands. Once you have tried it, you know in two minutes whether you need it.
You get a clear proposal
What I do, what it costs, how long it takes. Free and with no obligation.
Meet the AI agents
What changed, and why it concerns you
Today’s models can read a voice message recorded in the car, a badly made PDF, a request typed in a hurry. The messy part of the work, which is nearly all of it, became automatable: that is why it makes sense even in a company of ten people.
First things first
What an AI agent is
An AI agent is an employee you build yourself. You give it a trade, you teach it how the work is done at your place, and it does that trade: it answers customers, it prepares the quotes, it keeps the files in order, it watches the stock. One per task, the way you would with people.
An employee who can do everything does not exist, not among people and not here. An agent that does one thing does it well and knows when to hand over to another. That is how a team is born: one who answers, one who prepares, one who checks, and one who coordinates.
And every trade has its own. The agent for a garage is not the agent for an accountancy firm: the questions it gets are different, the words it has to use are different, the things it has to know by heart are different. That is why I do not buy them ready made, I build them on yours.
For a shoe factory I can build an agent that knows shoes and fashion: models, leathers, sizes, seasons. For someone who sells wood flooring, one that knows the difference between an oak and a laminate, and what to ask before giving a price.
I teach it the trade myself, with your documents, your price lists and the way you already answer today. That is why an agent built for you cannot be moved to another company, not even one in your own sector.
You do not have to turn into a technology company: what I build runs on top of the tools you already have, from the old management software to WhatsApp.
The Company Brain: the brain of your company
The Company Brain is a brain that knows everything about your company, because your files are inside it: the documents, the price lists, the decisions, the way you work. From there artificial intelligence stops being a generic tool and becomes someone who knows your company from top to bottom.
The difference from any assistant is all there: a generic tool answers like a stranger, because it knows nothing about you. One connected to your company brain knows your products, your prices and your rules, and that is why it works precisely instead of approximately.
Every computer in the company can have its own agent, specialised in what gets done at that desk. The Company Brain makes them talk to each other: whoever follows the warehouse knows what the sales side has sold, whoever answers customers knows what the office has written. They stop being separate tools and become a team.
It is not there to send anyone away. It is there to take the mechanical hours off people’s hands, the ones where no thinking is needed, and to leave them the work that does need it.
The diagram is an example: it takes the files you already have on the computer and connects them to each other, working out on its own that this quote belongs to that customer and that this invoice came out of that quote. The value is not in the files, which are yours: it is in the connections.

Your files stay yours. They sit in an archive dedicated to your company, not in one shared with other customers. What goes in is up to you: you start from what is needed, not from everything at once.
I cannot show you a Company Brain delivered to a customer yet: the one that actually runs, for now, is mine, and it is how I hold my own company’s work together.
Frequently asked questions.
Almost always three things: answering questions that keep coming back, moving information from one place to another, preparing documents that only change in the numbers. You do not need to know which one is your case already: tell me how the day is put together and I will tell you. Often the piece that can be automated is the one you had not thought of.
It depends on the process. An assistant that answers frequent questions and a chain that prepares documents pulling from several systems are jobs of very different size. I build the price on the time it gives you back: if the sum does not come out in your favour I tell you, and we do not do it.
No, you start from how you already work. If you use Excel, WhatsApp and a dated management system, we work with those: replacing everything at once is the quickest way to make a project fail. If something really does have to change I will tell you, but one piece at a time and without rushing.
It does, the way anyone does. That is why I build these systems with checks in them, and with you verifying the things that matter. A concrete example: on one job the short voice messages were being read wrong, so the system reads them twice and if the two readings do not match it discards them instead of guessing. It is not magic, it is a tool: it has to be built knowing it can be wrong.
